Hey,
My band reherses in Core studios every friday. Im a drummer. The drums dont bother me. With one exeption. The bass skin that used to be on the batter head in room 1. The coated white head...i hate coated white heads on bass. I think they sound shit. But anyway, its been replaced with a remo pinstripe.

Which is beter. But apart from that, it takes me about 2 mins to get the drums sounding half decent. Strange tho, for some reason every time i come back to the drum kit someone ells has tuned it really shitly. Which either means, my taste in drum tuneing is crap or some rookie drummer is practicing tuneing on the kits.
in some rooms because of the arched roof the acoustics are a bit funny, but that cant be helped as it would be quite a large architectural job to make the roof flat. To much bother i would say for a practice room. I have never been in the recording rooms but they look good from the pictures on the site. They seem prety cheap too. I think they are about £80 for 6 hours...now that brilliant considering some places charge like £25 per hour and when u get to places like Sava, you could be paying up to £400 for a recording. £80 is a great price to get recorded at.
Keep up the good work core,
Cree,
