Caved on the no beer after just over a week, I've had horrendous toothache and my motivation for weightloss is zero.
Heh, "Weightlosers"
Mark E. McKeown: I will NOT be graceful, I will SHOW MY WORKING.
Clear Air Turbulence: The best hardstyle money can buy.
Bunny & The Misshapes: Really?
You, just mean i think you've tried them all. So you know whats what.
Not atkins, but something like it.
Like, less cards and more salads.
Basically, I need a reason not to sit in the park drinking beer all summer that people wont go 'oh, just one wont kill you' at.
Na I've hardly tried any actually, I've just read stupid amounts of diet books / articles. I'd like to say it's because I'm far too smart to get sucked into all the fads, but really it's just cos I like my grub too much.![]()
Aye bit of a monster munch fiend if i remember. You always snaffled all my beef ones.
Vicious lies. Beef are my least favourite flavour of Monster Munch.
Thinking about it I've actually been eating crisps on a daily basis for about three years, I should probably try and cut back.
I love salt and vinegar Squares
I really lack any real contribution to this thread.
Salt and vinegar McCoys are amazing as well.
Saying The Words We Mean To No One
A Esperanca é quando a dor presente nós faz tentar outra vez.
I've decided to post my weekly update on a sunday, although this sunday I'm reporting nothing as I only officially started on the 9th.
I've made changes to my travel arangements for my ECDL course in Dumbarton. Instead of getting the train at the stop five minutes away from me which takes me right outside the course, I'll be getting the bus instead. This way I've increased the walking I'll need to do in the morning both to get on the bus and getting off the bus and walking to the course. It also means I need to get up earlier and go to sleep earlier so will also help me get into a routine that way.
I'm borrowing my mums steamer for doing my vegies with and rice and chicken will also be taking up large parts of my diet. Replacing tea and coffee for sugar free diluting juice or just water.
Don't worry, you got away with it.
According to a diet website, my current BMI is 21, and for the price of a 10 week subscription, they'll help me get down to my recommended target BMI of 21.
I think I'll pass.
STOP TALKING ABOUT JUNK FOOD!
I'm on day 2 of this cabbage soup diet - it's veggie day today! I am fucking starving and nipped into Tesco to get some veg only to be taunted by cream cakes, crisps and bread.
Just a query for those in the know - I bought a couple of snack packs of nuts (brazil and cashew). Could I get away with claiming them as a vegetable?
