Try hands clasped palm to palm infront of your chest with your elbows out (if that makes sense?) and you kind of pump your palms together, you should feel that working your general chest area and bingo wings 
(You won't lose boobage, infact it should make them perkier or larger)
Also weights from your chest out to the side should help too, and with that under arm part.

Other than sucking my gut in all night or hitting the laxitives, any body got any ideas for swift bloat battling?
