I've fallen off the wagon big style this week so I expect to at the very least stay the same weight. I'm going to be sensible from tomorrow, being at work all day is a good encouragement to eat sensibly. | |

I didn't stick to the cabbage soup diet as much as I should have, but I definitely have lost weight. My weigh in will be pointless because I underestimated my starting weight, but my clothes are looser and Dan says it's noticeable (I see it most on my belly, which has gone down).
I've stopped it now and have moved on to 'Sensible Eating' - 4 small meals a day, snack on fruit, get some exercise every day (even if it's just walking). | |

I had a mini binge on Thursday because I was on a course and the buffet was amazing but other than that I've had a rather good week. I weigh in on Thursday morning so we'll see how it goes.

Eugh. I caved in and bought a big bag of doritos from asda today. I've munched through half the bag through the course of the night and now I feel utterly vile. I don't like the taste of fat

I'm still dieting but nobody else is posting about it! I'm not losing huge amounts but I'm not gaining which is a boon. I had my visitor last week so I swung right back up to 13st 4lb with water retention but now it's gone I'm hovering about 1-2lbs under 13stone again. I'll weigh properly tomorrow. | |

I'm not watching what I eat just now because I had an operation in my arm a few weeks ago, and lost half a stone in weight in less than a week. I've still not put it back on, so I don't think its safe to be actively losing weight when i wasnt ridiculously heavy in the first place.
However, I still look much the same size. | |

i'm on day three of the cabbage soup diet and judging by the scales i've lost roundabout 5/6lbs already.
i know it's not the most sensible way of dieting, but I have my grad ball coming up and I want to fit into my dress a bit more comfortably! | |
