I still cant exercise, so Im just eating normally. Lost a wee bit, but I only ever lose weight proper when Im exercising.

I'm not wanting to lose as much as two stone but I want to lose a bit more and improve fitness.
Was doing really well up until around Download time. Have been SO fuckin busy since that eating total junk has been the FAR easier option and I've been slacking off a bit from training.
THAT CHANGES!!!!

Starting weight: 10 stone 7 pounds.
Current weight: 10 stone 2 pounds.
Target weight: 9 stone 10 pounds.
I have changed my target weight, coz I don't think I need to lose that much more tbh. Found out a girl at my work, who I thought I was about the same size as, is 8 and a half stone. Clearly I am optimistic.

The wagon, for me, rode off long ago. I don't think I'm gaining or losing weight just now, but once I start work I fully believe that I'm not going to have time to eat properly so I'll probabl lose some weight or something.

I'm in surgery - because I want to end up doing surgery I'll probably end up giving up lunch breaks for going into the theatre to get more experience.

Be careful you don't keel over from hunger then. That'd be embarrassing. Almost as embarrassing as fainting in the middle of a ward round (voice of experience, here).

they have a website where you type in your fav meal and they give you the recipe low fat.

I've lost 20lbs and went down six belt notches since I got to Jersey.

I can't be arsed weighing in, but I can wear my belt on its tightest hole comfortably again. I don't have food in the flat so I eat when I can be bothered going out to get something, so I've not actually been eating very much at all recently.
