Yeah I think I have lost about 2 inches off the waistline while putting on 6lbs.
loving the 'i've been doing so well' , i lost 4.5 lbs this week - then next post: ''ive had 20 pies - i put on 4 lb's' !!
Eh I don't weigh myself ...ever. But been going to the gym and none of my jeans or trousers fit now - generally working out alot, squash too and eating more than ever - but less shite. gotta love it .
Carve your name into my arm. Instead of stressed, I lie here charmed..

It's just not working, can't eat enough![]()
I'm something silly like 19 stone and my target is .. uhh.. lets say 15.
Giving myself 6 months as a rough estimate, given the regime now.
4 stone in half a year, might be doable.

I concur, although I guess a fair bit of it might be water weight.
Did a bit of a detox when I was away on holiday - no booze, very little junk food, melon for breakfast, boiled egg and toast for lunch, mostly light healthy dinners. The day I left I weighed myself twice (and got 8st 8lbs and 8st 13lbs, whit?!) and now I'm 8st 9lbs so it's kinda hard to judge how well it worked. Was far more sedentary than normal so I guess that's okay going. And I usually eat crisps on an almost-daily basis so it was nice to break the habit.
My goal for next month is to get fit enough to do the 40 minute cardio bit of my Nell McAndrew DVD without breaks, and without the influence of a cheeky wee pre-workout Rockstar.
Sarah only weighs 2 stone...![]()

I've stayed the same this week. Unsurprising given that I've eaten like a total pie.
