| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Some people stop eating through stress, some people eat more. Also, studying means I don't have time/motivation to go to the gym or go to the shops for healthy food every day. |

Work and boy stress turn me right off food, family and money make me eat chocolate until I feel sick. It sounds terrible but I've never looked better than I did the month after I split up with Alan, I couldn't eat and kept throwing up. It's a terrible thing to admit though. | |

That'd be a good thread. | I already did that thread when I lost a whack of weight... http://www.altnation.com/forums/well...eightloss.html

I'd probably have to lose muscle along with body fat to get back down to that again. |

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. Les created a weight gain thread and someone commented his series of pictures was like watching a sausage being made. Still amuses me.

| Re: The all-new, all-singing, all-dancing two stone for whenever thread. 7st on someone 5'6 is a BMI of 15.8 (8st is 18.1) To be diagnosed as anorexic you'd have to have a BMI of under 18, and it's perfectly possible to die of malnutrition or electrolyte abnormalities with a BMI of 16 or more. I can't possibly describe how fucking idiotic this is. Crystal is different - she doesn't have to diet to we the weight she is. If you do, then I really think there's something wrong. From what I've seen of you you look pretty skinny at your current weight - if you lost another 3 stone you would be ill. |

I don't mind not reaching my target weight as long as I can be at least a size 8 in all shops. |
