At the end of the day it's her life, so aye by all means mention if you think its a bit much, but leave it at that. She's also 17 so the label thing aint that big a deal is it?

I think I look great personally haha sure, I have a bit of flab and ayeeee, i have curves in places I'd much rather not but even so, I've found the weight and shape and size etc that I suit most atm and I'm happy with it for now 
However, my mates and I do cut off labels just to avoid embarrassment when we swap clothes with each other or so that our outifit won't be ruined by a random label sticking out or cause a weird bulge in the fabric.

I think the part I'm having most difficulty with is breaking bad habits. I have a real sweet tooth and I really miss having some ice cream after dinner or a couple of hob nobs with my tea. I remember someone saying that jelly is a good thing to take away the craving for sweets as it's fairly low calorie wise?
Anyway, I'm giving this cabbage soup diet a shot this week. I fully expect to be a slebbering, starving mess by the end of it but it's only for a week and it'll hopefully kick start my proper diet. Of course, if I end up losing nothing I'm going to eat a whole victoria sponge to myself. | |

Sugar-free diluting juice usually takes away from my sugar cravings. I drink LOADS when I'm dieting.
I dunno if it's going to be any good for me but I've been eating pretty much purely vegertarian for the past week. It's probably cos I'm too lazy to cook meat... | |

Thats okay, through the miracle of the quote button all will be well.
I can never seem to find something healthy to fixate on (Not that sugar-free diluting juice is particularly healthy) so I always end drinking shedloads of coffee or smoking loads of cannabis.
Works, but generally leaves me with inflamed addictions that then have to be brought back into line. | |

Sugar-free diluting juice isn't particularly unhealthy, and I really can't drink alot of plain tap water cos it makes me feel sick. Lesser of two evils, really.
I can fixate on healthy stuff sometimes - a bit obsessed with pumpkin seeds at the moment - but it depends (probably mainly on hormones and stress). I think probably because I'm really lazy if my flat is full of healthy snacks (fruit, seeds etc) I'll eat them, and if I've got crisps and chocolate in the flat I'll eat them. | |
