ibroprofen gel, as introduced to me by young sazmo jenkins. works wonders on your tootsies when they're sore!
You'd think of all people I'd be an expert on this, but how do you get rid of the burning sensation on the balls of your feet when you're wearing heels?
Im normally too drunk to notice, but sobriety has taught me how painful it can be, and when I wear heels during the day its the same.
So aye, any tips?

Speedcore : It's the musical equivalent of holding your breath ; that is, if done for long enough, you will pass out.

i used to think party feet were the most amazing invention ever. then i realised that, in addition to stopping the pain, they also stretched the shoe and made them unwearable.
I've found the best plan is to stand or sit still and point at things you want.
I found that walking with your heel hitting the ground first on every step you take helps, as well as keeping your shoulders back. Sounds bizarre, but it means I can wear 5 inch heels all day, even when I'm working and standing up for 8 hours and not get burny feet.
