Aim is to lose about 2 stone or 2 dress sizes.

BMI wise I DO need to shift a load of weight.

Been good for the last three days. My biggest weaknesses are cheese, pasta, bread and chocolate

I feel starving without them! Lentils and pulses and wholemeal rice are helping a bit.

the wanting mature cheddar thing I'm finding hard to get on top of. I tend to eat cheese really bloody quickly if I have it in the fridge.

The exercise I'll address in a week or two when my energy levels have adjusted to not having carbs on demand and I don't have stupid levels of uni work due in.

I lost a fair bit of weight before xmas, don't really want to know how much I've put back on now... Should probably get back to the eating properly, excercising regularly yadda yadda thing...

I've got about 3 stone to lose. YET AGAIN. Well, maybe 2.

Not drinking for the next month, walking to uni, and not eating red meat. Don't think I've got time for the gym this year, and it means humphing more stuff to uni. Its a decent walk from Queen Street to Glasgow uni anyways.

I'm hopfully fighting in march but as of yet don't know at what weight so i'm pigging out + training like a beast untill i know how much i need to lose. Went from 84kg to 90kg as i coulodn't train cause i injured my shoulder and then found it hard to get back into a routine. Routine seems to be back though

I'm in this boat. I swear the amount of cheese i seem to be eating is completely absurd aswell. I'm addicted to toasties and pasta bakes. I don't really want to change my diet all that much in terms of actual meals, I just need to cut out all the junk food and start buying low fat products again.

I also need to switch to light beer, otherwise i may be the size of a house by the end of the year.

Untrue. It's nearly impossible to outwork a bad diet unless you train full time (ie Michael Phelps).
http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist.htm lists the calorie burn from various exercise types for people of different sizes. I think it's a little generous but I don't have enough data to argue with it's figures.

I thought that for years I could eat what I liked as long as I trained, I was wrong.

Anyway I started the year at 92.6kg, now I'm 90.6kg, need to lose another 2kg or so in the next 3 weeks. 88.5kg cut to 84kg in a week for weigh in purposes and back to 87-88kg next day (not healthy but needs done).

I'm carrying slightly more fat than I need to so the plan is to cut some of that and increase muscle mass to stay at the same weight.

I want to get back to my favourite weight of 8 1/2 stone. I managed to eat my way to 10st over Christmas, the heaviest I've been in years. Have been (mostly) sticking to 1200 calories a day and managed to get down to 9st 2lbs - combining a few different workout dvds and I'm going to start swimming on Wednesday nights. I can't be fucked with the gym, I'm SO unfit that I'd rather sweat like a big ugly person working out in my living room.

Furit and Veg intake? Aye I do.

Bannana and either cherries or raspberries at breakfast. (2)
Mixed salad and either tomatoes or pepper at lunch (2/3)
Blueberries/Apple*2/Orange*2 mid afternoon(1)
Spinach and mushrooms/tomoatoes/peppers or a mixed veg stir fry in the evening (2/3)

Is fairly typical, usually less on the weekends when I'm out my routine. It's to fruit heavy and should have a wider variety of greens but it's decent enough and I like spinach better than other greens and it's the best one for you.
