tuesday usually a 40 minute fartlek then 30 mins ciruits
wedensday chill out (drinking session at the box)
thursday 5 mile with 15kg weight bag
friday same as monday
saturday 2mile 37lbs 17mins
sunday chillout or maybe a 8 miler with 37lbs
tomorrow tho is a a 10miler 37lbs in 1hr50min up at garelochhead im not reallt looking forward to that.
even doing all that im still stuck at 12stone it never changes |

even doing all that im still stuck at 12stone it never changes | Are you sure it's weight you want to be concerned with? At a certain point you'll plateau because you're replacing fat with muscle. It's possible you're stuck at 12st because that's your natural 'fighting weight' as it were. Mine is somewhere around 12st too - when I go on a serious health kick I'll never see below 12st because I'm just not built that way.

| Re: Get in shape 2009! Lost a good stone in the past month or so, want to try and buck the trend and lose weight for Christmas instead of lumping loads on.
Trying to get to the gym 5 times a week but sometimes with working hours it's quite hard. If I make it three times I'm happy, going to start looking at other stuff I can do at home when I can't make gym though

Do sprints and interval training to lose bodyfat. Anybody, and I mean anybody can get below 8% bodyfat naturally while watching their diet and training correctly for their fatloss goals. |
