Righto, since nobody else has started one yet I may as well.

My diet has been atrocious lately and as well as the usual extra Christmas pounds gained I just feel shit and catch every cold going, so I need a kick up the arse to eat better. I'm roughly following the Slimming World plan which is pretty easy to follow and suits my eating habits. I have about a stone to lose but I'm more concerned with eating more fruit and veg instead of pasta all the time.
As for exercise... well, one thing at a time![]()
