| Re: Dresses! That's not actually half bad - just a bit too covered up I think with the long sleeves.
Was thinking more heavily beaded neckline etc. Thanks for your suggestion though!
Actually ordered a (not so cheap!) top online, that looked gold beading, but turned out to be very much so silver, hence the desperate search for a gold top for the wedding ( Art Deco style accessories already bought)

| Re: Dresses! Adora, maybe try All Saints. They have some beaded dresses, that might be what you're after. http://www.allsaints.com/womens/dresses/?all=1
Not at all cheap, but their sale's on at the moment, which is usually good.

I pretty much just wear it without the belt these days or with a wee waspie or something plain black round the waist instead.
The white one with the cards is gorgeous! |

| Re: Dresses! I need to buy a dress to wear to a wedding... I wore the ONLY other dress I own (excluding plain work type dresses) to a wedding last month that all the same people attended, so that's out. I have no idea where to start, I legit hate shopping for dresses. Utterly clueless.

And I've ballooned since you last saw me, I'm actually a bit feart of what size I'll be when I actually go shopping for a dress. I'm going to leave it as long as possible so that I can lose a wee bit!
