Anyone know where online I can find this? Weirdly, I'm pretty sure its not illegal as it has been shown on British television many times.
I'd read quite a bit of his work before I found out that he had commited seppuku, and was even more shocked to find out that it was broadcast on TV. It quite profoundly affected me as a child, strangely not in a negative way. You'd have to see it, and his second/lovers reaction following it, to actually understand.
I e-mailed the youtube mods, and apparently they've removed copies due to it containing 'public death and disembowelment'.
