| AN Book Club Is anyone interested in an AN book club? I know this has been asked before but I think it could be really interesting. I've always been interested in joining one. Might open some folk to new books etc.
Say a fortnightly thing? Gives us ample time to read the book etc. A meet up every two weeks could be possible, to chat one on one about the book with each user posting a wee review about it here on the forum and discussion can go from there?
I'm willing to organize it if folk are interested.
So, anyone up for it? |

| Re: AN Book Club Get off the forum and go to the library, is your best bet. You'll only get frustrated as everyone else decides to read Christopher "Shit Writer" Brookmyre.
You'd think folk would take the hint from his middle name.

| Re: AN Book Club I go to the Waterstones Book Group once a month. We meet up, drink some vino and blether about what we have read. I'll get Will to post some details about it. At the moment it's Sci Fi, Horror and Fantasy novels and we get discount on the books as well. He is also trying to organise some freebies n shit. |

Does the genre of the books change? I'm quite happy reading sci-fi etc but I'd like to be in a group reading a wide range of books. |
