A pretty good look at the illegal economy, crack gangs, corrupt housing authorities and ghetto life in general. So many parallels to The Wire.
14. Roberto Bolano - Last Nights On Earth Decent collection of short stories set around chilean exiles and other latin american nomads. Trying to warm up for 2666!
