The charity work he does both here and back 'home'.

| Re: You can call my stan My g'pa has a quality collection of Celtic books.
Ones from the 60's, 70's and 80's. He's even got a book written buy Hugh Keevins.
Might read them one time.
My dad used to read me "The Twists and Turns Of Tommy Burns" when I was a wee boy.

| Re: You can call my stan haha quality the old books are amazing.
I always mind my dad had "the official celtic players annual 1970/1971" that evan williams(for all you who dont know evan was a goalie for celtic who played and got MOTM against feyenord in the 71' european cup final where celtic were beaten) but anyway evan is a good family friend and gave my dad this wee book, explaning celtic aims in the season, storys of the last season, changes being made etc etc
it was a great wee thing i dunno if players still get them but itl be worth a few bob now

| Re: You can call my stan Good guy, but I thought it was a bit shite. Although in saying that I only read the first bit.
I think he should have got someone else to write the whole thing rather than writing it himself, might've read a bit better.
Oh aye, and since when was he a Stili yan?
I got a wee book of funny football quotes for Chrimbo - Gordon Strachan's got a whole chaper dedicated to him. |
