He fucked us over the first time we done a gig for him. Told us we didn't need to bring any gear, just instruments. As soon as we got to the venue (Barfly), he asks, "where's your amps?" We ended up having to use Mendeed's equipment (they were playing downstairs, we were upstairs) and cause it took so long to get the amps upstairs, we ended up only getting a 10 minute set (our shortest song at the time was about 5 mins so it was pretty pathetic...pointless for the folk who came all the way up to see us).
He can be alright at times, I'd just rather not play gigs for him again. Besides, I don't like the whole pay-to-play thing.
Anyways, good luck with the gig tonight.
