Pop Rock is the closest description really.

That would give an indication of how specific they want you to be.
They might just want "rock" or they might be looking for "atonal, freeform progressive-jazz influenced noise-rock". |

if it's for a band comp, it's probably so that they can put you in with other comparable acts...

| Re: Genre? eclectic might do but the description needs qualification. Years of reviewing taught me genres are a problematic pigeonhole that save the lazy from thinking.
