Imagine my horror when said bassist and their guitarist with glasses were drinking the free beer given to the bands. OUR free beer, the dirty bastards

| Re: LLSS at Barras 2, Friday 8th August. We The Fallen were, um, not to my taste. Why exactly were they being filmed? Curious to know, is all.
LLSS did well, so they did. As did some of the other acts.
This is the only time I've gone to a gig with a pen and some paper and left with those plus a drumstick and a donation of pitta bread. Nonsense.
The one good thing I got out of going home early due to a sore leg was bumping into and chatting to Brian Roadkill, who knew a thing or two about possible solutions for said leg pain. Marvellous stuff. |

My memory of finer details tends to break down rapidly, unfortunately. You know those movies that everyone calls 'instantly quotable'? I file no films under such a category, as I cannot accurately quote any of them once they're finished. Without taking notes at the time or straight afterwards, tonight would be just one massive blur by tomorrow morning. Clearer memories for Rachael's performance, but that's a given. |

| Re: LLSS at Barras 2, Friday 8th August. The trade-off is I can't remember any of the basic day-to-day stuff needed to get by.
I can remember the entire setlist from last nights gig but I will forget to put the bin out.

| Re: LLSS at Barras 2, Friday 8th August. I got a picture that has the whole band visible. This pleases me, despite the noise.
So now you know what your eyes missed if you weren't there. For more info in HD with Surround Sound and hammers, Shannow took pictures too.

| Re: LLSS at Barras 2, Friday 8th August. My opinion of We the Fallen: Akin to the sound a kitten makes when you shove a red hot poker up its arse. Only more depressing than seeing such an event. Blatantly stolen from my brother's words "kittens crying" but I make no apologies.
Ali has a good photo of us actually which truly does make it impossible to believe that I'm a year and a bit older than him and not 5 years younger!
LLSS were fucking awesome as usual, and I should know given that I've still yet to miss a gig that you guys have ever put on, a record I'm very proud of! |
