Just watched it was alright got few questions answered but it was a Jack Flashback and i hate Jack

does anyone else get the feeling that Kate may have been raped, i know it sounds a bit far but the way she was acting and the cuts on her arms and they also made her freshen up and were a "low" cut dress?

Loved the opening scene, totally made me think what the fuck?

Really hate that (is it henry guy that ran out house and was prisoner previously) anyway cant stand him/character.

That opening scene... Woo!
I was thinking at first that that blonde bird was Jack's wife. As soon as I heard the rumble, I figured that we were looking at a hidden community on the Island. Thought it might have been the Event from the end of S2 though, until folk started looking skywards. The penny dropped right before the plane did!

Very sweet opener.
Anyone else actually LOL at Sawyer's victory jig? ( Ajnd wonder what colour of bears? ).
"For sharks and dolphins" too. Interesting.

That was exactly what I thought.

I keep saying that I'm losing interest in this yet I'm compelled to watch the next episode. It irritated me that we didn't see any of the other survivors.

We're not going to in this block by all accounts. Yeah that was a bit annoying I can't help thinking that they will milk every single characters actions directly after the end of S2 for at least half of the new series...

Burnt Kate's clothes... I'm thinking infection/quarrantine related... Perhaps they have taken Jack because of his medical expertise...

My current pet theory is that the whole Island is a very complex skinner box...

Man, that opening 5 minutes was ace... oh no, I'm going to start caring what happens in Lost again... my sanity is doomed

Definitely got the impression 'the others' were treating Jack, Kate and Sawyer like animals. I wonder if they're some kind of more evolved species... or aliens. Maybe they're the descendants of dolphins who have travelled back through time to find out why their ancestors were always jumping through hoops to get food? *shrugs*
