I just watched all of series three in about a week. I'm absolutely HATING having to wait a week in between episodes now.

Aaron can't be one of the Oceanic Six, either, since he wasn't on the plane's manifest with him being born on the Island. (Also, if Kate is on some sort of strict probation, even though it was revealed she has Aaron, the "he," she was referring to in the season finale could still possibly be a parole officer or something.)

Who else made it off?

Also, I really want to know why Lapudis told Daniel to hang up in Minkowski answered.

I dont think Sun made it off. If anyone was gonna take Aaron other than Claire I would think it would be Sun. She's looked after him most and helped Claire a lot. Youre right about Aaron not being one of the 6 in my opinion. I also assume Charlie was one of the 8 since Penny in the outside world saw him and knew he lived. So who else dies (or stays) and who saw them then?

Out of interest, since this is a episode-specific thread, this is the meaning of the episode title, "Egg-town,":

i.e. Kate trades something that has no value to her, Ben, for something that she already knew, her own history as a fugitive.

Hmm dunno about that, Aaron might count as one of the 6 - he wasn't born when they were on the flight but he was still on the flight in some shape or form.

I used to think Sun and Jin would get off and i'm sticking to that - no reason for thinking it really but i have a hunch.

It's a flash-forward, rather than the flash-backs we're used to.

A turn of events result in Kate not being sent to prison, and the bit we're all talking about is right at the end when she arrives back at her opulent home and is greeted warmly by a nanny. The nanny remarks that Kate's baby missed her badly, but he is now asleep upstairs. Kate enters his bedroom and he is revealed to be a toddler with very blond hair. The child wakes up, hugs Kate and calls her "mommy"; she calls him Aaron.

Loving how they've took the dullest backstory, and instantly made it the most interesting one to watch through to the end.

Season 4 has brought this show back to awesomeness, big time.

By dullest back-story do you just mean the dullest character? 'Cos lets face it, up until now the highlights of Kate's time on the Island was that time she was in her underwear and the other time when she was in her bra washing in the ocean and got wet.

Pretty much. What do you reckon this is though, another result of circumstance or Kate going full-blown psycho heel? I think option two, might explain why Jack can't bring himself to be around the kid.
