It's never too early to start thinking about the next one, even whilst hungover from the current one!
I've heard February suggested. That sounds like a good shout to me, as long as it isn't the 23rd (my mums birthday the day after, and trying to get out of being with her for it so I can go on a subcrawl is the epitome of suicidal)
