Ahhh. I forgot about that. Here was me just thinking ye do the rotas and just go:
"Monday : Bob off
Tuesday : Bob off
Wednesday : 3pm-8pm
Thursday : Holiday for Bob
Friday : Holiday for Bob
Saturday : Holiday for Bob
Sunday : Holiday for Bob"
I am sure all that walking about in The Solid involves yer shoulder btw. 
I love how this thread is now about Bob, his holidays and his job. Better than the original thread.
