It just ended up being a thread about my trip down because of the folk who came into the thread, who had already been asked OUTWITH the forum.
I assume Jen asked 'cause she's fairly new around these parts and is looking to make new friends and all that jazz.
Who cares anyway. Usual LEVRANT nonsense.

No need to get yer back up.
As you said, "who cares". |

| Re: Alton Towers day trip No fucking idea what John-Ross is talking about. I honestly cannot comprehend how a thread in the Meetups section of a forum with hundreds of users that says "would anyone be up for this?" - followed by multiple posts referring to it as a "shite forum event", etc. - can be meant in any other way than how I am taking it. Try and explain it to me if you like, but I don't think you'll make much sense.
Dyno - what texts?

| Re: Alton Towers day trip it works out cheaper to get your own coach than the trips that leave from Glasgow. I looked into going down with a few folk and now reckon we're going to go with some folk I know that are getting their own coach down. If nothing else it means you can be noisier and have a laugh without worrying about disturbing other passengers; muchlike if you drve down.
Anyway, just some food for thought if you are seriously planning it, it was more expensive than I'd thought it would be doing the organised trips.
A forum outing doesn't sound nearly as good as going with folk I know / like for cheaper. |

So there's no point in me even wasting my time. Enjoy your future generations of inbred spazzy kids, you lonely, incestuous rejects. | I feel I can say without hyperbole that you are the nastiest, most ignorant person I have come across in this place. Any post by you is a clear sign to me that a thread is going to turn ugly immediately.
You clearly have not even the slightest clue about Aspergers Syndrome or know anyone who has it, as even with their problems with social interaction they would know you are a disgusting human being who should be avoided at all costs.
Why it is an issue for a forumer, even *whisper it* a new forumer, to suggest a day trip I don't know. Bar the travel down it's no different to a subcrawl etc, and given that the vast majority of folk on here regularly socialise with other forumers I don't see why it's being jumped on with such ferocity.
To veer wildly back on topic, I'll be a no as I'm a big jessie when it comes to rollercoasters and I'm going on two trips in June which will eat up all my cash.

| Re: Alton Towers day trip Despite the fact that I "have absolutely no clue about Aspergers syndrome", I do know that it generally involves an incredible obsession with one particular thing and an inability to care about anything else but that one thing. Judging by the length of your post, I guess my forum persona is your "one thing". How very sweet, thank you.
