I'm assuming (hoping) there must be more to it. He didn't seem like he was causing a lot of bother though, he was just complaining and shouting a bit, certainly nothing that necessitated him being electrocuted over and over again. | |

Intimidating security guards, person punished for little or nothing... In the current political and social climate research of a similar type would probably attract a lot of funding. (From various civil liberties groups at the very least). Then again it could just be heavy handed security staff...
