As someone who was a huge Ash fan, i have to say that "Meltdown" was pure pish.

Charlotte's solo album, however, is fantastic bubblegum indie-pop. Much better than the few b-sides she'd written ever suggested. It sounds like Belly, or any other under-rated girl guitar pop from the mid 90s you care to mention.

Hott AND talented.

any of ye remember the dublin band, whipping boy? they were one of my favourite bands and they got dropped and stuff and then realised they hated each other and split up. anyhoo, their singer, fearghal mckee has gone solo and you can download his new song at his website www.fergalmckee.com - i think its quality. oh and the spelling of his name for the web address is not a typo. dunno why he spelled it like that. maybe some muppet just couldn't spell his name and set up the website anyway

As a thank you to everyone who downloaded 'Shell' and voiced their support
I've added a new acoustic song to the mtsonline site. I didn't record it with
the intention of having it as a download, it was only meant to be a demo but
I like it enough to let people hear it. Rest assured I'm working on some new
dark heavy riffs for "proper" mts songs too.

i know, "proper" as opposed to all those pretend songs we have. *doh!*

Thats almost as bad as unsigned bands who use the line "The Official Website Of..."
and you're thinking...yeah 'cos i was getting confused there what with all those
unofficial sites i keep bumping into.

Just found out that Shell got a good review in the Observer's magazine recently. Will try to dig up the text of it if possible.
