I don't know whether to laugh, cry or be sick. I've got a blind, brain-damaged Baboon which I keep in a dark cellar and feed on rancid pork and metal shavings and it has designed more appealing websites than this. I mean, this is representative of an organisation who, I'm assuming, want to make money and attract customers/investors.....what are they thinking???

What the hell does that thing with the red arrow on it which pings around all over the place actually say? I need a cool drink and a lie down after looking at that.
What was the designer thinking as he put the finishing touches into place? Did he lean forward, clench his fist infront of his face and go "Yeeeeesssss!! This is the shit! This motherfucking website is just the ticket.....goodbye losers....my career is about to go supernova."

That did cross my mind but all the product lists, headline news (oil industry related) etc all seem to be genuine and they all check out. I am forced to conclude that it is serious (or at least attempting to be serious). Check out the "Headline news" section with it's background of horrible, pulsating pastel colours. I thought someone had dropped 30micrograms of Lysergic acid Diethylamide into my Coco Pops when I stumbled across it. | |

That one is pretty bad, it looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. Global Petroleum are still my favourite though, I hope they become bigger than microsoft....anyone who puts out a promotional website like that is worthy of respect. It's the same kind of respect owed to that guy (whose name I can't remember) who ran in some sprint in the olympics, bust one of his hamstring tendons but hobbled and hopped on to the finish line in agonising pain regardless. | |
