We're in contact with our own and those of others every day. All of them are probably present in some quantity on the keyboard you are using right now, the next door handle that you will touch, bar-top peanuts you will eat in the pub tonight.
Don't worry too much though, people invest thousands of pounds in the pursuit of activities in which they will actively and strenuously expose themselves (internally and externally) to relatively large quantities of the body fluids of other people, sometimes outright strangers. Yet still the idea of using someone else's toothbrush is found repulsive and nauseating......
With so much experience of these marvelous substances, you gotta have a favourite...

Urine and sweat are essentially the same thing. Sweat is just much more dilute. They are defined as seperate substances by nature of their manner of production and their purpose.
Likewise, the substance secreted by the Bartholin's gland is essentially a dilute/watery mucus. Lovely, eh?

CSF is a secretion though, it's secreted by the choroid plexus in the brain's ventricular system.
