Inpromtu MiNUS3 gig

OK... so, the Kamikazes play their debut gig at the Cellar Bar last night. Supposed to be three bands on... the Kamikazes, Corrosion, and another band.

The other band had to pull out at the last minute apparently. But as luck would have it, there was another band that just happened to be sitting around the venue knocking back a few beers at the time. Us!

So, MiNUS3 graciously accepted the offer to play a show, for the bargain price of a round of drinks.

Was completely last-minute (like, 5 minutes before we went on), we didn't have our own gear (we didn't even bother to properly tune the instruments we borrowed from the Kamikazes actually...), we weren't really taking it all that seriously, and the Cellar Bar is a bit shit as a venue anyway...

But it was pretty funny, and it still rawked... and you (yeah, you) missed it.

I've had too much alcohol/not enough sleep to be here in work this morning though...

Heh man, that sounded like a gooooood night. I can't believe I missed some - drunken by the sounds of it - RAWK action...shocking.

Yeah, it was a lot of fun... one of those 'intimate' kinda nights, the pub was pretty much just full of friends, so we could afford a bit more stupidity than usual... I get the feeling we spent just as much time talking shite and making fun of ourselves as we did actually playing songs, though. We had the Corrosion folks sat at a table in front of us when we played, and even they were good enough to get in on the shenanigans. Good atmosphere, I enjoyed it.

Stevo's strat has to be the worst guitar I've ever played in my life, though...
