| fancy being on a compilaton? to help the country folk of stirling?
Anyway living in stirling noting much happens and me and one of my mates were thinking that hardly any decent bands play in stirling so we thought about how we could afford to put gigs on then we realized that I get paid the minimum wage and hes unemployed so we could'nt afford it and we came up with an idea so we could make some money to try and book pubs/halls and afford other shit, we gonan try and make a Ska/Punk compilation of scottish bands anyway do you guys fancy being on it? I was gonan e-mail yous but I thought it would be better just to post on your board, anyway this is what I was gonan e-mails yous so pretend its an e-mail and please dont ignore this (the e-mail may not make sence with me already posting this but hear goes) Quote:

hopefully in a while the site will be extended to bands around Scotland, but the site isn't even a week old yet! Anyway along with the site me and him are also planning on making a compilation of Scottish punk/ska bands and we I was wondering if yous guys would allow us to yous one of your tracks? Anyway if we manage to get enough bands to give us songs for the compilation we will try and sell it for about 4 quid and if the yous are interested in selling it at your gigs etc. Yous can sell it for as much as yous want and all that we will want is the cost for the paper and shit so it will probably be a quid. I've e-mailed/posted on lots of bands web sites lets hope me and my mate can get this to work so we have something to do! And Were only wanting to put songs on the CDs that we like aswell. please reply and I hope my typing made sence!

| Totally... a show like that would pay for itself easily with that line up, especially if it's likely a good show in Stirling would pull in a crowd of gig-hungry rockers/punks... Jordan, you should get in touch with Jamie Alpachino (Sucker™ on the forum, also does Pig Station Vacation) and see if you can work something out with him for getting that gig on out there, assuming we could get the other bands up for it too. He's excellent at putting bands on (for a lazy stoner bastard, haha).

| That'd be an amazing line-up for a Stirling gig - The Cherrykicks, the Alpacinos, Minus 3, Mangara, Brutal Goose.
Also reckon we should get ourselves on the bill for that Goosefest in Hamilton Iain from Starka is putting together. It sounds like a right royal knees-up mother brown.
