This is
mostly in reference to the song 'Club International' (with it's 'Gimme boobie-doos' chorus and references to showering with naked teenage girls), the free porn giveaways at some gigs, and the occasional jokes about the human anatomy... just wondering what the general opinion is of these kind of shenanigans?

I think it's just a bit of fun, and is in no way intended to degrade women and all that stuff. Personally, I find it more of a parody of the sleazier side of rock culture (with that Electric Boys riff stuck on at the start and stuff), all a bit of harmless fun that most of the time tends to get a smile from people out in the crowd. I was worried some people
might take offence at the free porn thing... but no-one seems to mind so far, and every band likes to have some kind of gimmick (see: 8PP's kinder eggs etc).
Bear in mind, too, that the rest of Minus3's setlist is generally not even about women at
all, never mind sexist (songs about depression, trying to be better than the next guy, standing up to your detractors, blah blah).
Anyone?
(Note: even if proven sexist, we still wouldn't drop the song or the act... because a) it rocks and b) for some reason, it's our most requested song... maybe that says something?)
