Oh aye... and I had a dream about Bryan last night.

Haven't done fuck all other than work on songs by myself. I haven't even spoken to the Cuffmeister since the last gig. Bryan and I had an impromptu jam/ideas-sharing session on acoustic guitars round his flat, but we were both pretty mashed on Absinthe at the time.

I'm taking some time out from, well, everything at the moment, so it's not an ideal time to start a band. I'm moving house in two weeks and I have to find a job and all that other boring real world that gets in the way of rockin' out, and I guess I'm postponing the new band (or at least my side of organising it, heheh) until my life is a bit more stable.

If someone said to me 'Hey, turn up at this practice room at this time', then I'd be there, because I wouldn't have to think about it (playing guitar I can do without thinking about it, but as a wise man once told me, all that other stuff tends to get in the way of the fun stuff), but that ain't gonna happen any time soon because it's going to be down to me to organise everyone in the first place, heheh. Right now I just ain't in the right place to be looking for a drummer, which is the thing we most need right now. I will be, soon, but right now I have too much in my head, which is a shame, because not a day goes by that I don't think about this band and about how much fun it's going to be. Unfortunately, it can't be my priority right now, because my real life needs a lot of work done at the moment.

Having said that, I am going to get Cuff, Bryan and myself round Bryan's place with a couple of guitars next week, just to trade riffs and stuff and have a laugh. But don't expect gigs anytime soon.
