| Out now, rated 12A [image=left]http://www.alternativenation.net/gallery/files/1/batman.jpg[/image]Back in days of yore (1989) a chap called Tim Burton directed a movie called 'Batman', and it was jolly good. Indeed, it was wonderful, with Jack Nicholson perfectly cast as the Joker, and a brooding Michael Keaton as the Caped Crusader himself. It spawned a lavish sequel, which was also pretty goodif a little overboard on the crazy sets for my tasteswith Keaton reprising his role, and the unforgettably sexy Michelle Pfieffer as Catwoman.

Anyway, it's really not so important, I hope - I just have concerns about the movie when I'm so unconvinced by one prop which is being hyped quite so much. I mean - I've seen more press about this Batmobile than I have about the cast. | I agree with everything you've said so far Tony. I've hated the bloody thing since the moment I saw it and all of Al's frothing for it in the office just put me off the damn thing even more.
With regards the movie, I've never been sure about it and now Shannow review has got my hopes up...you better hope they arn't shattered Shannow

At least 3/4 parts were i had a huge grin on my face at how much i was enjoying it tho.
As me and friends were duscussing its like a football match the first two films score in the first half, the last two in the second, this was extra time, golden goal and it ended up 3-2 to Tim Burtons! GOOOOOOOOOOOOAL |

That was even better than Salute of the Jugger. Still not a patch on Split Second though.

| Re: Movie: Batman Begins I never thought much of Wedlock. Good movie, but too soon after Ah-nold's Running Man with it's dumbed-down Hollywood version of the same high concept.
