Re: Another X-Files Movie?

It could be, BUT *spoilers for season 8 and 9 I think*

They explain ghosts through that kid thats psychic...em. Bailey something? Ghosts are apparently people being telekinetic and projecting things that they didn't know they had. Or something like that. So it might turn out shite.

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

BUT remember that kid in Season, 4 I think? The one who murders his twin on the railway track, and then controls his mother and stuff, he was telekinetic and he was well scary. And theyll be able to take it further than they did on tv as well.

I'll be honest, I'm just in it for the Duchovny.

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

Yeah, and I'm sure there was a chicken at the end...he broke its neck or something? I'm remembering this from staying up late to watch it on BBC2 years ago so it's a bit hazy.

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

Looks like Frank Black is in it (Lance Henriksen):

from: http://www.millennium-thisiswhoweare.net/

"I asked him how he felt about the resolution of his character in Millennium and with news of the X Files 2 film going into production, if there was a chance Frank Black might appear again on screen.

He said he felt shortchanged by the cancellation and that the show could have gone at least another season as they were dealing with "dark, dark stuff" and he would have been interested in seeing that played out.

As for the X Files movie... he said Chris Carter had asked him not to discuss it with fans if asked if Frank was in it... and from the grin on his face as he said "can you guess why?" It looks likely we will finally see Mr Noir on the big screen, even if it is as a supporting character in another film."

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

I prefered the ghost ones.
Especially where that crazy black religious prisoner wrote a list of who he was going to haunt and kill when he dies, and he does.

X-files is totally solid.

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

I prefer the episodes about your generic paranormal activity to the alien stuff. Poltergeists slightly terrify me so it sounds good to me. I'll second whoever voted Eugene Tooms as the best psycho-bastard-genetic-mutant-phenomenon, though.

Incidentally if anyone still harbours any burning-loins lust or even respect for David Duchovny, don't watch his new series Californication. He does have a lot of sex in it, but seriously- don't bother.

I don't know if this will work or not.Althought I thought the last couple of seasons were good after a bit of a lull, especially the ones with Robert Patrick.

Re: Another X-Files Movie?

With Californication doing seemingly well will he even be interested in doing anything more with the X-Files?
