He is, and to me will always be that annoying kid out of "Ed".
Oh, and the whole kidnapp his fucking daughter.
The one twist that could have been left for the movie and still made it excellent.
Shouldn't have let it away in the trailer.

Maybe its just the boy. All you see from the girl is the old "I'm scared" while being held from a terrorist look.

| Watch the film - that's all I'm saying. You'll be surprised. that little teary "daddy" she whispers into the radio? followed up with "there are only five of them left daddy. Keep going"
Watched this last night - amazingly enjoyable. Very much a classic 80's film. The trailers I'd seen leading up to this were entirely misleading Kevin Smith you'd infer to be working Olyphant instead of against; Mary Elizabeth Winstead, whilst being one of the hottest women in cinema today, plays a stunning role as the feisty daughter and not a weak victim; and Justin Long is still a douchebag Quote: |

| When did they ever say it was his son? Justin Long is a suspect he got sent to interview. Quote: |

| You are so hoodwinked. All of your posts in this thread are brilliant and makes me love what they've done with the trailer and the lead-up to this film.

| Re: Live Free or Die Hard (Die Hard 4.0) Highly enjoyed this movie, although some of the special effects went over the top. As zeb said who actually mentioned that was his son, he does have a son mentioned at one point in movie but never appears.
Like how his daughter has just as much balls as him, character wise. |

| Re: Live Free or Die Hard (Die Hard 4.0) I saw this last night, was entirely enjoyable. It gets a bit silly towards the end, and theres more than a couple of glaring plotholes, but tbh all it really needed was McLean beating the shit out of henchmen. And it's got that in spades. |
