As in, the dialogue audio is out-of-synch? Funny you mention this, i thought this happened in a few places. Or then again /i'm too observant/i'll need my eyes checked

I didn't find it detracting from the material at all - this is still my number 1 action film for the summer.
It's far fetched to fuck.
But it's great.

Most importantly - it knows it's far-fetched to fuck and the one-liners were meant to stay in the 80s - but the film is just too self-aware of the fun it's having for this to be a bad point.

Saw it on Sunday and thought it was brilliant. But I have to admit, I found the scene with the Jet chasing the truck/destroying the bridge a tad far fetched but it is still an amazing movie - another one for my dvd collection when it's released!

It was brilliant. I miss the swearing though. You can't NOT swear when you're riding a falling plane that's got no pilot, or are mere inches away from a squishy death in a lift shaft.
Apart from that, it was perfect. Just the right amount of cheesyness
