| Re: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull It's ok it's an Indiana jones movie!!!!!
It was still bollocks!!!!!
Just cause it was indiana Jones does not save it from being bollocks or make it any good. Sure there were some nice parts to it and Harrison still pulled off being Indiana even though many thought he was past it. Unfortunately most ofther parts of it were rubbish, weak back story, rubbish villians, overdosed CGI chases, overly long drawn out fight scenes.
Bareable film but if it hadn't had Indiana Jones in the title or anywhere else it would have been straight to DVD.

The fact loads of kids were in the screen completely silent apart from some oohs and aahs made it even better. It is a kids film and if the kids in the showing I saw tonight are typical then it worked. Not great, so much to rip apart, but why bother? Fun and enjoyable.

| Re: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull I liked the film, even though there were a few plot gaps that. The ending was complete nonsense, and just screams that the writer couldn't think up anything better. ugh.

| Re: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Saw it today. Loved it. Not as good as Holy Grail, but dammed good.
I did notice a couple of bits where it was obvious they'd left stuff out for a Director's Cut release, which isn't surprising given Lucas and Speilberg's track record with these things. |
