Hey i have good taste in movies i also liked the first 3 Indi movies but just have a feeling that this will crash. If they brought in a younger guy to play Indi or made it earlier then maybe it would have a chance but like the starwars prequals i think it will have a lot of CGI thats not needed. I don't know how they'll bring the CGI in but i've a feeling that they will. By all accounts i hope i'm wrong but i've got a sad feeling i'm right.

If John McClaine can come back and SMASH then I don't see why Indy can't. Also, get Mastodon on the soundtrack for this.

| Re: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Having recently seen Shoot 'Em Up (Clive Owen, Monica Bellucci, Paul Giamatti) and 3:10 To Yuma (Christian Bale, Russell Crowe, Peter Fonda, Luke Wilson) - both films with Hollywood big names...not a single twist between them and both of those films were brilliant to watch.
Hollywood doesn't crave the twists, and most folks are fairly tired of M. Night style films by now. |

Gimme some examples, sensible ones related to big budget Hollywood action flicks (as this is). | Action wise it's hard to say because i find myself watching less of them these days. I don't know if the inside man had a twist or indeed if it was an action film. I have to admit you have me stummped but just because they havn't doesn't mean they wont and because i havn't seen it doesn't mean they havn't. Only couple i can think of is Mission Impossible that had shit loads of twists and Minority Report.

| Re: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Karen Allen actually looks alright in that pic even though every other time I've ever seen her I've been depressed by how badly she's aged. Still, as long as she can still knock back the vodka shots.

I find your lack of faith most disturbing. |
