Quite fancy this shit though, Paul Giamatti as a psychotic hitman earns my five bucks. | There was no need to act in Crank.
Paul Giamatti should do more voiceover work, he sounds pretty scary. |

| Re: Shoot Em' Up (Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti - 2007) Shoot Em Up was pretty damn good. Just a stupid amount of guns and cheesy lines, even an entertaining sex scene. A well but together 86 minutes. |

Would you like to see GTA the game, where a guy just runs around for 90 mins doing people in and driving fast cars while doing drugs?"
And my tagline for Shoot 'Em Up is always going to be "If you thought Crank didn't have enough gun scenes..."
Giamatti's over-the-top villian is just nuts.
One of the most delightful scenes in this film to me was when Clive Owen's apartment gets raided by Giamatti's crew and the shooters are lined up in single-file up and down the stairs all the way to the ground - it's answering the question I often have in many first-person shooter games "Where the hell are all these bad guys at before I start shooting at them?" |

Shoot 'Em Up = a mix of every awesome urban FPS game you've ever played. |

Absolutely unfathomably batshit mental and wildly offensive. In a word: brilliant. Or 'nonsense'.

| Re: Shoot Em' Up (Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti - 2007) This was fantastic. So far over the top that it needs an oxygen supply, but short and snappy enough that it never gets tiresome. |

| Re: Shoot Em' Up (Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti - 2007) That was the weirdest but most fun movie i have ever seen. Some of the one liners are just phenomenal and who could have thought carrots could be used for more than food.

| Re: Shoot Em' Up (Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti - 2007) Honestly hated this film. Truly awful. I couldn't wait for it to finish. First time in ages I can't say one positive thing at all. Oh aye, and I liked Crank.
