There is no way to pull off an update of wargames without turning into a crappy kiddy movie.

| Re: WarGames 2 Just watched this and was surprised, Its actually quite good. Its a sequel, rather than a remake and W.O.P.R / Joshua plays a role near the end.
Its not exactly a classic, but it is a decent enough movie. Its taken the original and added a lot more recent stuff like homeland security and the amount of surveillance the US does and tied it into the storyline.
EDIT: Also the final name of the film is WarGames: The Dead Code.

| Re: WarGames 2 That was indeed very meh. I heard that the makers and stars of the original were pissed off because none of them was even made aware that this film was being made, they'll be even more pissed off if they watch it. |
