Scent of a Woman.
A scene that I'm unashamed to say made me cry when I first saw it. Obviously it's not as affecting outside of the whole movie.
Unfortunately, in this clip, some prick has added his own incidental music which subtracts markedly from the mood in the original. What a dick.

I tried to find the full scene from A Better Tomorrow in the Restaurant but couldn't.

Still, the final showdown in A Better Tomorrow 2 is pretty awesome as well.
