It would be sorely missing the fight scene between Thor and The Ultimates though.

| Re: Captain America True. Perhaps they will sneak it in there somehow. I really did like the development of the Ultimate Character. That and the costume is just miles better.

It would be sorely missing the fight scene between Thor and The Ultimates though. | Let's not give Millar more opportunities to go on about how the entire Marvel film universe is based on his work
When Vaughn was going to do Thor there was loads of Asgard in the script so I think they're probably going more old school on this one.
Stoner Thor is the fucking shit though. Quote:

I think they're doing it basically the way the comics are. There's a bunch of stuff in Asgard and then Odin sends him down to the Marvel Universe to learn some humility, he ends up joining the Avengers, blah blah. So yeah, Thor in New York.

| Re: Captain America The best Thor comics were the ones that jumped between both. Pure battering Fanfir the Dragon down Chelsea Pier and that.
Personally, I've been liking the fact that the recent Marvel films (FF excluded) have been a bit more based in reality. However, Thor wouldn't work without a bit of fantasy I suppose.
They should make him pretty crazy though.

Come to think of it, acting skills (or lack of) aside, has there ever been a black CA?

| Re: Captain America I see. It would be interesting to see for sure, but I reckon they would go with Steve for the Avengers movie one way or another.
