| Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) Starring Will Smith, Charlize Theron, Jason Bateman and co-written and directed by Peter Berg. "Will Smith portrays an alcoholic superhero despised by everyone. A publicist (Jason Bateman) helps rehabilitate him, and the superhero eventually begins an affair with the publicist's wife (Charlize Theron)." http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_p...ck/medium.html
This looks fucking amazing. |

| Re: Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) it sounds shite. why do they always have to get rehabiltated? why can't they just be cunts all the time? yeah ok he gets off with the publicists wife but i bet he was a prick anyway and deserved it. it would be much better if theron was the serial killer character she did so amazingly and then the superhero alcy got off with her. i wonder if superman was an alcy cause he did have his pants on after his trousers and you would only do that if you were wrecked or you were trying to run away from a serial killer

| Re: Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) I pissed myself at that trailer. The only thing I don't like about this is that to me it feels like it's ripping the guts out of Singleton's (hopefully) forthcoming Luke Cage movie in a lot of ways. Obviously played a lot more for laughs (presumably) but the idea of a black superhero who doesn't have that selfless 'great power/great responsibility' thing going for him isn't a new one. Hancock looks to be much more of a dick though. His wardrobe is a complete rip from Alex Maleev's depiction of Cage in 'Daredevil' but I can't find a good pic online, boo.

| Re: Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) I was really confused by the trailer. Dont know if they kept all the really funny bits for the film itself, kinda hope they did. But even at that not too sure what kind of movie its trying to be. I am very confused but cant wait to see it. Cant go much wrong with Will Smith though, he seems to pull a film together rather well... |

| Re: Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) Saw this yesterday. Not too bad, actually. Worth seeing Although that's God played roles in his last 2 movies (I Am Legend), he'd better not be becoming 1 of the God Squad boys

Will Smith has joined the ranks of Hollywood power players actively recruiting for the Church of Scientology.

| Re: Hancock (Will Smith, Peter Berg) Haven't seen this yet, but am really fucking into it. Like, I keep wondering why no-one else in the world (except Sett, seemingly) seems hyped about this film when it has gold written all over it to me. If someone said to me "combine two buzz phrase you'd like to see mesh together into the ultimate movie", I'd say "Will Smith"* and "drunk superhero". * pending his status re: Scientology Quote:
