Hmm, actually this is a hybrid of the games it would seem. The basic story line seems to be that of Tekken 3 based on that plot summary, and some of the characters are from it, but some are from the other games. Kazuya Mishima is currently rumoured to be making an appearance, but that's not confirmed (her last was in Tekken 2).
Appealing cast news for some though - Chiaki Kuriyama is signed on to play Ling Xiaoyu!
Other confirmed characters include Jin Kazama, Bryan Fury (YAS!), Raven, Steve Fox, Marshall Law (the Tekken 3 character's father, who appeared in the earlier games), and Kazuya.
EDIT: The IMDB cast list is based on rumours and isn't a confirmation it would seem.

Aye, this has straight to DVD written all over it.
In fact, not even rental but straight to retailing through comic shops and other ‘specialists’. Probably in various limited edition boxes featuring different characters from the game for the discerning collector.
