Boring? Nah, come on. I was salivating at the notion of more story and dialogue after I'd watched I. This met my expectations. I love it. Soundtrack's a beezer. Mike Madsen is a proper legend and Carradine steals every scene he's in. I love it.

Agree with Carradine and Madsen, disagree with the rest. 
Was honestly absolutely gutted after watching it, was soooooooooo looking forward to it and it disappointed in every way except the above mentioned actors. Hannah is OK too.

I expected as much kick ass action as the first, it was perfectly set since she only took out one of the group of assassins, Madsen, Hannah and Carradine still remained so I expected bloody vengeance.
Instead I got the boring vengeance.

The Superman analogy at the end is a great bit of dialogue. Personally, I think the change in pace helps the story flow more smoothly as a whole.
