I really enjoyed it, and I LOVE how they have left the end for a tie up with The Evil Dead 4, which IS happening.

Aye its amazing. I was expecting the book that has a way to kill the demon to be the necronomicon. Id've fuckin lost the nut and starting shouting like a wee guy if I seen that.

The gumsy shit was best.

I punched my poor boyfriend in the face when he tried to scare me on the way home. Couldn't help it, it was a knee jerk reaction after such a fucking AWESOME SCARY FILM.

So entertaining, that old woman was fucking groooossss too. I even screamed in the cinema at one point. Awesome. Go see it.

The main reason it's so old-school Raimi is him and Ivan wrote it directly after 'Army of Darkness' but then he decided to take a break from horror - he just didn't expect the break to be so long!

At least he's got the buzz again. I just hope he follows through with his Comic Con speech last year talking about how him and Bruce are definetly doing Evil Dead 4. It up on ImdbPRO now though, but I've only got cooncil connection and im no signed up.

Cannyt wait though. If they use DMTH as a tie in with Evil Dead 4, I can expect Justin Long to be in it with big Brucey Boy

See in the room with the deadite (I agree with Div), there was a voice during the seance that was dismissed as "A soul from a long time ago", or similar. I think that was BC's cameo - although getting nothing on IMDB/Google about it.
Was really just maniacal laughter, but just reeked of Ash.

Wow, people really LOVED this...? Glad I went to see it in the cinema, real fun movie. Unsure how eager I'd be to watch it again or buy it on DVD or anything, though.
I like that it's Evil Dead II as fuck, but it has too many lulls between the crazy bits to really keep pace with the old Raimi movies. I mean, when it's good it's good, but the reat of it was verging on kinda boring for me.

Hmmmm... When Bruce was doing his "an audience with" thing at My name is bruce he repeatedly dismissed rumours that he'd do an Evil Dead 4... Indy 4 was his basis for comparison...
