| Re: Natural Born Killers To an extent, aye. I think he'd have made a much better job of it. Its by no means 'bad', just over-rated. |

| Re: Natural Born Killers Y'know what's over-rated. Pulp Fiction.
I watched it for the first time the other night (aye, first time, where have I been?) and was mildly disappointed. I think the fact I only saw it for the first time the other night and have had to listen to years of "it's amazing" talk probably hyped it up too much for me. But I probably won't watch it again now. |

I didn't notice THAT much different about the "Director's Cut" aside from Tommy Lee Jones' head on a stick
glad they kept the court room scene out though. |

| Re: Natural Born Killers yeah the courtroom scene was just unnecessary.
the ending though, i feel like the way the director ended it, he obviously wanted/or wants a sequal at some point which would just ruin it.
pulp fiction: wasnt bothered about watching it, and then got it a loan off someone to see what the hype was all about, i loved it. true genius film.

| Re: Natural Born Killers On a side note, theres a track by Rotterdam Terror Corps called Natural Born Killers that is at least 150% better than the film. |

| Re: Natural Born Killers Well he did write it, so isn't such an outragous comment... I think he'd have done a better job because Quentin isn't a spaztick, like Stone is. I feel Ollie tried far too hard with too many techniques that didn't work well. The story is decent, and that, but its a bit dud. Very over-rated. |

| Re: Natural Born Killers Quentin only came up with the story. He didn't do the screenplay. I reckon the reason I liked it so much wasn't the story however it was the directing that blew me away: it was so fucked up and over the top it made the film. Usually I don't like it when a director takes over a film like that but it was great in Natural Born Killers.

| Re: Natural Born Killers Tarantino wrote a screenplay for NBK (to the best of my knowledge) when he was in school, and sold it to his friend for a dollar... And somehow, it turned up as an Oliver Stone movie. QT has made it abundantly clear that he wishes not to be assosciated in any shape or form.
I think it's a great movie, however.
