Saw it yesterday - it was pretty good, didn't think much of Naomi Watt's acting skills tho. She's fine until she actually has to show some emotion, like when she's in the hospital and has just been told her husband and weans are deid she was a bit shite. And the 'I'm an amputee!!' bit made me laugh out loud, but I'm a bit sick that way.
Sean Penn was really good, because he wasn't playing a typically Sean Penn character. Del Toro was immense, but he usually is anyway. All in all, no bad. |
