I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this one!

I'm desperately trying to track down the song in It's a wonderful life 'Buffalo Bill wont you come out tongiht, come out tonight, come out tonight, buffalo bill wont you come out tonight and dance by the light of the moon' You know the one, just before he lasoos the moon.

I've found soundclips from the movie but not the song. its for a special surprise cd Im making.

That's "Buffalo Gals Won't You Come Out Tonight", and it's a classic tune.
Lemme see if I can find who did it on the soundtrack for the movie..

Done by Cool White on the 1946 soundtrack for It's a Wonderful Life.
But you can likely find a million other folks that did it also.

thanks loads! i'll give it a go! I usually type in lyrics on google to find out who did a song but it didn't work. I really wanted to get george and mary singing it, but I'll try anything :oD

Search on Buffalo Gals, instead of Buffalo Bill and you might find it
